Joe Marcantonio, known for his atmospheric storytelling, returns with a powerful new feature titled UNCLE. The film is set to begin shooting on September 1, 2025, in London, England, with a gripping and emotional story that combines family tragedy with unflinching vengeance.

Millie is a young teenage girl whose life is turned upside down when her family is brutally killed. UNCLE tells her story. To find the people who did this, she teams up with her Uncle John played by Sope Dìrísù (known for Gangs of London and His House). They are both very sad and angry.

As the duo moves closer to uncovering the truth and delivering retribution, Millie faces a life-altering choice. Is she truly prepared to take on the burden of vengeance—and with it, the loss of her innocence? This coming-of-age story is told through a lens of trauma, determination, and loyalty. At its heart, UNCLE explores what happens when a child is pulled too early into an adult world governed by violence.
