The acclaimed MGM+ horror series FROM, featuring Harold Perrineau in the role of Sheriff Boyd Stevens, has officially started production on its fourth season. MGM announced the news on their official social media accounts, generating excitement among fans eager to return to the show’s eerie, creature-filled world.
Filming is taking place once again in Nova Scotia, Canada, which continues to stand in for the unnamed, cursed town in the United States where strangers become trapped—and hunted. The region’s dense forests, quiet roads, and haunting landscapes make it the perfect backdrop for the series’ surreal and terrifying setting. Production crews are back in key Nova Scotia locations that have become familiar to fans since Season 1.
FROM is the creation of John Griffin, with Jeff Pinkner serving as showrunner and Jack Bender directing. The production team, which includes veterans of Lost, keeps the suspense and world-building tight, drawing in a growing audience with each season.
At the end of Season 3, big secrets were revealed that shocked the people of the town. Sheriff Boyd’s dangerous meeting with the creature colony had results that were hard to predict.
